Refund And Return Policy
- Refund against the cancellation (with in next 2 days of booking date) of air tickets will be credited directly to customers mode of payment after receiving the refund amount from the Airlines.
After this period (2 days of booking) amount will be refund into portal customer wallet. - https://booking.indiaatour.com/ will process refund within 72hr working only after receiving it from the concerned Airlines/ hotels/ transporter/ other suppliers.
- Any Issue due to Banking Procedures, Refund in credit cards may take duration of 72 working hours while it may take 7 days in case of net banking transactions.
- Rejected Booking or Fare diffrence booking not done so payment will refund to your https://booking.indiaatour.com Portal Account.
- All the Booking refunds(against cancellations) amount will be Update on Portal Customer Wallet, Payment would not be transfer or refund on the cards or Bank .
- Failure bookings or failure upload payment will be refunded in same mode of payment done by customer/agency with in 7-10 working days.
